Community Meditation

A great way to relax

Yoga and meditation are for all abilities. They are great ways to feel more peaceful and energised, relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety. Join Shane from Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre for a 1 hour yoga session designed for beginners, followed by a guided meditation. You can attend one or both sessions. Sit on a chair or bring a mat and a blanket. 

Sessions begin at 6.15 pm

Discover something new at Libraries after Dark - Glenroy Library is open until 10 pm every Thursday.
