Be guided through a restful meditation.
Meditation is for everyone of any ability. It’s a great way to feel more peaceful and energised, it can also help relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Shane from the YMCA will guide you through a restful 45 minute meditation. You can sit on a chair or bring a mat, blanket and pillow.
Alternate sessions will be held at 7.30 pm on Thursday 7 February and Thursday 7 March at Glenroy Library.
