Brunswick halls and meeting rooms

How to hire a small hall or meeting room

  1. Look through our Halls and meeting rooms pages to find the right venue for your event.
  2. Go to our online services website to check venue availability or make a tentative booking request.
  3. Fill in a venue booking form. You can find these on our Venue booking form page.
  4. Email your completed booking form to communityvenues@moreland.vic.gov.au. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
  5. Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
  6. If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
  7. You must pay all the fees before your event.

Brunswick Meeting Room

Location

233 Sydney Road, Brunswick, within the Brunswick Town Hall.

Campbell Turnbull Library Meeting Room

    Free use for up to 3 hours per week for approved community groups.

    Public liability insurance

    Public liability insurance fees are $30.75, and are available for community groups or private bookings.

    We do not provide public liability insurance to commercial bookings.

    Key collection

    You must pick up the meeting room keys from the library during it's business hours. See the opening hours section below for more information.

  • The Campbell Turnbull Library's opening hours are:

    • Monday from 11am to 5:30pm
    • Tuesday from 11am to 8pm
    • Wednesday from 11am to 5pm
    • Thursday from 11am to 5:30pm
    • Friday from 11am to 5pm
    • Saturday from 10am to 1pm

    You must pick up the meeting room keys from the library during it's business hours. To discuss key collection, email ctlibrary@moreland.vic.gov.au or call 9384 9200.
