About 'Making it in Moreland'
'Making it in Moreland' is an annual series of free workshops and discussions for our local arts and creative industry held in May/ June each year.
Facilitated by industry experts, these events will offer opportunities to engage with local artists and their arts practice and receive accessible and useful content for your arts practice and well-being.

This year, Moreland City Council has partnered with Next Wave to present 'Making it in Moreland'.

- 'Eat Your Feelings' with Aida Azin
Participants are invited to explore their gut health through art play.

Our panel of artists discuss self-care and community within creative practices.

Location: Glenroy Community Hub, Room 3, 50 Wheatsheaf Rd, Glenroy VIC 3046 - ‘Sustainability in Art’ with Kay Abude
What is a sustainable art practice? How do you create a one? Let’s discuss!
Date/Time: Sat 18 Jun, 3pm-5pm
Location: Mood Studios, 109 Nicholson St, Brunswick East - 'Insights into Practice: Embedding Accessibility'
Join our panel who will diiscuss and share their learnings and experiences on creating work with access at its core.
Date/Time: Thu 30 June, 6pm-7.30pm
Location: Schoolhouse Studios, 28 Victoria St, Coburg
