Moreland Civic Centre in Coburg has reopened

Moreland Civic Centre, our Coburg Customer Service Centre, is now open for in-person general customer service. Patrons must wear fitted masks and sanitise their hands on arrival. The premises is not currently accepting cash.

You can view our online services for information on bins and collections, new pet registrations, planning enquiries and more.

Moreland Civic Centre opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Closed public holidays

Customer Service Centre closures

All our other Customer Service Centres, besides the Moreland Civic Centre in Coburg, remain temporarily closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

We're still available to provide you with information and services:

You can access urban planning advice via phone (03) 9240 1111 or viewing advertised plans online.

Recycling at our customer service centres

You can also drop off your household ‘hard to recycle’ items into our yellow recycling stations at Coburg, Brunswick and Glenroy customer service centres once we re-open.

Items accepted include mobile phones, digital cameras, DVDs/CDs, video & cassette tapes, household batteries, pens & highlighters, fluorescent tubes & compact globes and eyeglasses.
