Belair Avenue Park Development
Located in the Glenroy Activity Centre, Belair Avenue Park is a small pocket park that provides a quiet retreat from busy Pascoe Vale Road. It currently contains a car park, public toilet and has a bus interchange between Lytton Street and Belair Avenue.
Council is about to transform this small pocket park on Belair Avenue Glenroy into an exciting new park.
Council's Open Space team have now completed detailed design for Belair Avenue Park. We made some minor adjustments to the final design following community consultation which you can view here Belair Ave Final Concept Plan (PDF 12Mb).
Now that we have the contractors for the works appointed, we are ready to start construction in mid-late March. Works are planned to complete by mid June 2020, weather permitting.
