Brearley Reserve – Change Room Amenities Refurbishments

Brearley Reserve, Heliopolis Street, Pascoe Vale South

The works are to make the change room amenities more female friendly and compliant. The urinals are proposed to be removed from the change rooms and a new additional ambulant toilet installed in their place. The existing open showers will have partitions installed with new fixtures. Other works include new vanities, general painting, and a new internal ceiling.

Brearley Reserve is home to two local cricket and football clubs along with hosting local schools sports days. The refurbishment is part of Moreland Council's ongoing commitment to women's and girl's sport and the overall health and well-being of the community. Facilities at clubs play a key factor in encouraging female involvement which is why the refurbishment of the Brearley Reserve change room amenities is important.
