Housing

The large majority of dwellings in Hadfield were separate houses (78.4%). This was followed by semi-detached, row/terrace housing (20.3%) and a very small proportion of flats/apartments (0.9%). Three bedroom dwellings were more common (57.1%) in Hadfield than two bedroom dwellings (20.3%) which was the next most common number of bedrooms.

In the City of Moreland separate houses accounted for 56.3 per cent of dwellings. This was followed by semi-detached, row/terrace housing (26.3%) and flats/apartments (16.6%) and. Three bedroom dwellings were more common (41.6%) in Moreland than two bedroom dwellings (33.3%) which was the next most common number of bedrooms.
