Library Service Strategy 2007 / 2008 - 2012 / 2013

The Library Service Strategy 2007/2008 – 2012/2013 is based on the outcomes of an extensive strategic review of Moreland’s library service that was undertaken in 2006. The review included consultation with the community and with a range of stakeholders. This five-year strategy provides clear directions and priorities for the continuing development of the service.
