- a new home as a result of a subdivision, or
- new units or high density housing development.

Council’s Landscape Development Guidelines helps you or your architect prepare a detailed landscape plan. The Guidelines have advice on appropriate plants, shrubs and trees and advice on designing a sustainable garden.
