Most street lights are owned and maintained by power companies. 

Report a broken street light

Phone the relevant power company in your area to report a fault with a street light 

• north of Moreland Road phone Jemena faults on 131 626, or 
• south of Moreland Road phone CitiPower faults on 131 280.

Change the lights in a park, mall or underpass

Council owns and looks after lights in parks, underpasses and Victoria Mall in Moreland. To ask for a change in the lights:  

1. Download, print and fill in Request for Change or Maintenance to Public Lighting Form (DOC 100Kb)
2. Post it to Council or bring it to a Council Citizen Service Centre
