Clearways
The State Government has implemented new clearway times and tow-away zones on some arterial roads.
New clearway times
The State Government introduced new times for clearways as part of its “Keeping Melbourne Moving” plan to improve traffic flow on key arterial roads.
There are now two different clearway times in the evenings:
- 3 pm - 7 pm, 100 metres from a traffic device controlled intersection, and
- 4 pm - 7 pm in other areas.
Clearway tow-away zones
A vehicle left standing on a clearway tow-away zone may be towed away.
