Library Service Strategy
The Library Service Strategy 2007/2008 – 2012/2013 (DOC 367Kb) is based on the outcomes of an extensive strategic review of Moreland’s library service that was undertaken in 2006. The review included consultation with the community and with a range of stakeholders. This five year strategy provides clear directions and priorities for the continuing development of our library service.
Library User Survey
Moreland libraries survey a random sample of library members every year. The results of the surveys are listed below and show the satisfaction rates of library users in percentages of 'very good' or 'good'.
