Renewing your food registration
Registered food premises get a Registration Renewal Notice in May every year.
Renewal notice
Review the information on the Renewal Notice including:
- name of registered proprietor
- name of registered Food Safety Supervisor
- contact details for your business, and
- the number of staff.
How to pay
- If there are no changes to your registration, you can pay the renewal fee online.
- If there are changes to your registration, update the form and mail it with a cheque to Moreland City Council, Locked Bag 10 Moreland 3058 or bring it to Council with the registration fee.

Late submissions
If you fail to pay renewal fee by 30 June you will be charged a late fee.
Failure to renew registration may risk a lapse in registration. You may need to make a new application to re-register.
It is an offence to trade without current registration.
