About this map
This is a map of Moreland's worst "grot spots" - we call them "The Dirty Dozen" and we added to the map every fortnight for six weeks. The Dirty Dozen listing has now ended.
The Dirty Dozen highlighted the worst areas for dumping and graffiti in Moreland, and in particular, favourite spots for dumpers.
The Dirty Dozen was chosen by:
- local residents who emailed us pictures and descriptions
- Council staff who clean the sites up. Click on a map location to its "Before and After" photo and see Before and After photos here too.
The Dirty Dozen map is a part of a campaign by Moreland City Council to clean up our city, stop illegal dumping, bust the myths on dumping and to let people know how to get rid of rubbish properly.
