Cell 1
Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grain food, dried beans and lean meat. Eat less fatty and processed meats. Stay healthy by eating fresh food. Exercise regularly and feel good about yourself.
Cell 2
Avoid fast food - deep fried cooking and fatty foods likes chips. Carbonated drinks with high sugar content are not good for you.
Cell 3
In Australia we have a great variety of cultures and foods from around the world. Experience others foods and cultures by sharing recipes.
Cell 4
Plan and shop for fresh food. Avoid expensive and unhealthy fast food.
Cell 5
Drink plenty of water – recommended 8 glasses a day. If you are an adult and like to drink alcohol – do so in moderation.
Cell 6
Stay healthy by eating fresh food. Exercise regularly and feel good about yourself.
Cell 7
Take an active approach to healthy diet and lifestyle. Your local council can help. Give them a call, go and see them or visit online.
