Food preparation surfaces must be kept clean. Food should be fresh and protected from insects like flies or weevils. Fridges and cool storage are important.
Cell 3
Keep raw foods such as lamb away from ready to eat foods. Regularly clean hands.
Bain Marie’s must be kept at correct temperatures to keep reheated food safe to eat.
Cell 4
Allergies can be very dangerous: Many prople have an allergy to nuts, gluten, eggs or other allergens.
Shops/restaurants should cater for your needs.
Cell 5
If you see someone doing the wrong thing speak up.
Cell 6
If you fall sick after eating food – report it to council’s health department.
