- Council confirms your booking in writing.
- After your event is held and the hall is in the same condition, your security bond is returned in four to six weeks.

- a large stage with drawback curtains
- a commercial kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, baine-marie, deep-fry cooker, convection oven, steamer, and large bench space.
- some skirting for tables, and
- an urn on request.
Availability
You can hire the hall 365 days of the year, depending on bookings.
Number of people
Coburg Town Hall can fit:
- 350 people seated for dinner on round tables,
- 380 people seated theatre style (side by side in rows), or
- 650 people standing.

Prices effective as July 2008 inclusive of GST.
Hourly rate applies for a minimum of 3 hours.
Penalty rate applies per hour or part thereof beyond agreed booking time stated on hire agreement.
$200 bond applies to all bookings.
$20 public liability Insurance.
Private users and community groups only.
Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 1 am.

It is on a main road near trains, buses and a tram and has a public car park.

Five minute walk from Tram 19, Sydney Road.

Two minute walk from Bus Route 513 and others at the stop on Bell Street.

Ten minute walk from Coburg train station on the Upfield train line.
