Neighbourhood houses

Brunswick Neighbourhood House at De Carle Street BrunswickA friendly, welcoming house where you can drop in to make new friends, gain new skills, share ideas and experiences, is the essence of a neighbourhood house.

In Moreland, seven neighbourhood houses offer educational, social, recreational and support programs for people of all backgrounds, ages and cultures.

Council supports neighbourhood houses and provides the premises for all neighbourhood houses in Moreland.

The houses are run by the community with funding from many sources including the Victorian Departments of Human Services and Education.
