How to pay a service fee

Council sends invoices and statements for the payment of Aged and Disability Services, including support around the home, transport services and delivered meals.

You can pay your invoice or statatement in a number of ways:

  • Pay online with a Visa or MasterCard.
  • Phone our secure phone payments on 9240 1111. Press 1 to make a payment and then press 5 to pay 'aged services tax invoices or statements' and follow the voice prompts.
  • Pay in person at a Council Citizens Service Centre.

How to request an additional service

If you are an existing client of a Moreland Aged and Disability Service, and would like to enquire about or request an additional service, phone 9240 2302 to speak with your team leader contact.

Your team leader contact can advise you of the process and let you know if you need to be assessed for the additional service.
