Major planning permit applications
Viewing planning applications
Every planning application that is publicly advertised by Council can be viewed at the Moreland Civic Centre.
Where possible, plans of current major applications being advertised are available online. Currently Council can publish plans online in only a small number of cases. Council is working to expand this service through improved technology.
You should always view the application in full at the Moreland Civic Centre before lodging an objection, as the planning application includes other information not included online, such as forms and reports, a copy of title, or other written assessments against Council Policy.
Copies of plans or documentation can be obtained for a fee by visiting the Council's Urban Development Branch.
