Coburg Hill (former Kodak Site) redevelopment

The former Kodak site is located at 173 - 199 Elizabeth Street, Coburg North.

Size and location of the former Kodak site

The site is about 20 hectares and located to the east of Edgars Creek. It is surrounded by residential properties along Elizabeth, Boyne, Ronald and Tilley Streets. It is envisaged this part will be redeveloped for residential purposes.

The Satterley Property Group purchased the site in October 2010 and is now the Development Manager for the site.

Approved Coburg Hill Development Plan

The Minister for Planning approved a revised Development Plan on 21 July 2011 (Version B).

The endorsed Development Plan forms the statutory basis for the assessment of future planning permit applications including subdivision and development for the former Kodak site at 173-199 Elizabeth Street, Coburg North.

You can download a copy of the Development Plan and the various expert analysis that it comprises below.
