Pay your
- asset protection permit application
- building permit application
- vehicle crossing permit
- report and consent
- planning scheme amendment
- planning advertising, or
- subdivision advertising fee
online with a Visa or MasterCard.
What you need
- a copy of your Council invoice
- the 'Invoice reference number' located at the bottom of your invoice, and
- your Visa or MasterCard.
How to pay online
- Go to Council's ePayments for a building or planning payment.
- Detailed step-by-step instructions help you through the payment process. Go to ePayments help if you need support.
- At the end of the payment process you get a reference number. Print the final screen or write down your reference number. You are not emailed a receipt for your online payment.
My Accounts
You can login to Council’s secure online website to view your outstanding accounts.
Each account will be shown with the amount owing. You can choose which account/s to pay and the amount then make a secure payment.
- You need to register as a user.
- Once you have received your password and login, go to My Accounts.
- Detailed step-by-step instructions help you through the payment process. Go to ePayments help if you need support.
- At the end of the payment process you get a reference number. Print the final screen or write down your reference number. You are not emailed a receipt for your online payment.
Other ways to pay a building or planning fee
Pay by post
Mail the remittance advice slip at the bottom of your invoice with a cheque or money order made payable to 'Moreland City Council' to Locked Bag 10, Moreland, Victoria 3058.
Pay in person
Bring your payment to a Council Citizens Service Centre with the remittance advice slip at the bottom of your invoice.
Council Citizens Service Centres accept Visa and MasterCard, EFTPOS, cheque, money order and cash. The minimum payment for all card transactions is $10 and there is no cash out facility.
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am – 5 pm (closed public holidays).
