Becoming Sequence: Naomi Schwartz and Tomiko Miyazawa 15 August - 7 September 2008. Tiny 'scenes,' film, painting and installation works by Naomi Schwartz and Tomiko Miyazawa that explore a kind of introspection.
Connections, land and people 19 September - 12 October 2008. Works by Victorian College of Koorie Education students and Indigenous artists from the Moreland Art Collection.
Douglas Kirwan and Clare Watson 24 October - 16 November 2008. A series of large-scale paintings on pattern, repetition and ornamentation.
UNFOLD: RMIT Studio Textiles and Screen Print Design graduate exhibition 28 November - 19 December 2008. Graduate exhibition of RMIT School of Fashion and Textiles and Diploma of Arts (Screen Print Design) students. Works of weave, knit, textile printing, paper printing and experimental textiles.
Kizuguchi by Keiko Murakami and Trouble in Toyland group exhibition 16 January - 8 February 2009. Kizuguchi is a Japanese word meaning ‘wound or cut to the body’. Paintings, etching and lino prints that capture the essence of Kizuguchi as both a physical and psychological wound.
Women's Salon 2009 Stories of Hope 20 February - 15 March 2009. An annual contemporary art exhibition showcasing the artistic practice of women living or working in the Moreland area.
Gulag 27 March - 19 April 2009. Work by artists who have worked at The Gulag Studios in East Brunswick over its fifteen year history.
