Internships
The Counihan Gallery offers one Gallery Internship per year in association with a University offering graduate or postgraduate degrees in Curatorial Studies, Museum Studies or Arts Management.
Gallery Interns usually work at the gallery on a voluntary basis for one or two days a week over a three month period. Internships are intended to provide participants with valuable first-hand experience in a public, Council-run gallery context.
An application process is undertaken to select the intern each year. The deadline for applications for the 2009 Gallery Internship is Friday 14 August 2009.
