Council website and eServices unavailable Friday 16 October, 9 pm - midnight
Council's website and eServices sites will not be available this Friday 16 October between 9 pm and 12 midnight.
Council's website and eServices site will be closed during this time as Council's network service provider, Optus/Uecomm, needs to replace a network device to increase the capacity of Council's internet network.
During this time you won't be able to:
- view the Council website
- make a Council payment online, such as rates, parking and animal fines, animal registration renewals, and licence and permit renewals
- report a problem or make a customer request online, or
- make a booking request online for a Council venue.
Moreland City Council apologises for the inconvenience.
Alternatives available are:
- If the issue is urgent, such as a dog attack, flood or footpath damage, phone Council on 9240 1111 (24 hours).
- For rates payments and parking, animal or local law fine payments, use our SecurePay automated phone payment system. Phone 9240 1111 and follow the prompts to pay by phone.
