Maternal and Child Health study scholarship
Moreland City Council is pleased to announce a scholarship program that seeks to encourage and attract midwives to undertake postgraduate Maternal and Child Heath studies.
This program provides an opportunity for those who would like to develop their nursing career in Local Government as a Maternal and Child Health nurse.
The scholarship program has been developed to meet the growing demands of Moreland’s Maternal and Child Health Service in a context of an increasing birth rate and an ageing workforce across the Maternal and Child Health sector.

The scholarship will be offered in 2009 to applicants commencing courses at either Latrobe University or RMIT in 2010. The ongoing future of the Scholarship Program will be dependent on the success of the initial funding outcomes.
