The challenge of the Coburg Initiative has been taken on by many Coburg residents and businesses.

Our community meetings and consultations had been well attended and we've received a great deal of online comment and written feedback.

To properly consider all ideas raised we have had to do more homework before we go to the next round of consultation.

In addition Council is undertaking a study tour to look at similar management modules overseas.

We anticipate going back to consultation with the updated concept plan in late 2009 or early 2010.
