Draft aquatic and leisure centre policies: fees and charges, school carnivals and events
Council recently endorsed two policies that apply to all six of Moreland's aquatic and leisure centres and now seeks final comment from the community before adopting the policies in December 2009.
The policies are;
- Draft Aquatic and Leisure Centres Fees and Charges Policy (DOC 550Kb)
- Draft Aquatic and Leisure Centres School Carnivals and Events Policy (DOC 265Kb)
About the draft policies
The draft policies have been developed to help Council to:
- set fees and charges for all aquatic and leisure centres to ensure equity of pricing, formulas for discounting prices are applied consistently, and products are consistently defined, and
- respond to and manage requests for exclusive use of aquatic and leisure centres for school carnivals and other events with community benefit.
