Pascoe Vale Neighbourhood Facility is located at the Pascoe Vale Outdoor Pool and has ample parking . The facility has a small kitchenette, however served at the hall must comply with food safety regulations. The facility must be cleaned and vacated by 10 pm.

  • Council contacts you to discuss your booking request.
  • Download, complete and send in the Community Facilities Booking form (DOC 239Kb).

  • Council confirms your booking in writing.
  • After your event is held and the Facility is in the same condition, your security bond is returned within four to six weeks.

Availability

You can hire the facility 365 days of the year, depending on bookings. The facility is available to book between 6 am and 10 pm.

Capacity

Pascoe Vale Neighbourhood Facility can fit:

  • 100 people seated or theatre style
  • 120 people standing

Hire rates

$ per hour

  • Regular use, community: $6.40
  • Casual use, community: $12.50
  • Commercial or private use weekdays: $26
  • Commercial or private use weekends: $63

Prices effective until July 2012 inclusive of GST.  
Hourly rate applies for a minimum of 3 hours.
Penalty rate applies per hour or part thereof beyond agreed booking time stated on hire agreement.
$200 bond applies to all bookings.
$25 public liability Insurance.
Private users and community groups only.
Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 10 pm.

Five minute walk from bus route 513 on Cumberland Road.

Parking

Ample parking plus off-street parking for 60 cars, subject to seasonal operating hours of Pascoe Vale Outdoor Pool. Car park is locked at 10pm
