• Council confirms your booking in writing and invoices you prior to  your meeting
• you may need to collect the keys prior to your meeting

Number of people

Coburg Concert Hall can fit:

• U-Shape set up for 30 people or
• 120 people theatre style (side by side in rows)
• 100 seated on trestle tables, and
• 150 people standing.
• The room can also be used for training up to 30 people

• hall space approximately 18m x 12m, and
• acustic paneling

When you hire the Coburg Concert Hall, you can use:

• 10 six-foot round tables that seat ten people comfortably
• 12 trestle tables
• 120 chairs
• a sound system and public address system (includes a microphone and a lecturn)
• A CD player
• a commercial kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, baine-marie, deep-fry cooker, convection oven, steamer, and large bench space.
• some skirting for tables (on request) and
• an urn (on request)

Catering

There are no tied catering arrangments you can choose your own caterer or self cater your meeting or function.

Hire rates

Monday to Thursday, $ per hour

• Concert Hall and kitchen: $125
• Concert Hall East, Middle and West: $116
• Concert Hall West: $37
• Concert Hall East and Middle: $78

Friday to Sunday, $ per hour

• Concert Hall and kitchen: $170
• Concert Hall East, Middle and West: $125
• Concert Hall West: $53
• Concert Hall East and Middle: $88

Community group hire, $ per hour

• Community group's pay: $15

Prices effective unfil July 2012 inclusive of GST.  
Hourly rate applies for a minimum of 3 hours.
Penalty rate applies per hour or part thereof beyond agreed booking time stated on hire agreement.
$200 bond applies.
$20 public liability Insurance.
Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 1 am.

Coburg Concert Hall is located in Moreland Civic Centre at 90 Bell Street, Coburg.

It is on a main road near trains, buses and a tram and has a public car park.

Tram

Five minute walk from Tram 19, Sydney Road.

Bus

Two minute walk from Bus Route 513 and others at the stop on Bell Street.

Train

Ten minute walk from Coburg train station on the Upfield train line.

Parking

Free public car park in Urquhart Street, behind Coburg Town Hall.
