Reporting requirements
If the funding application is successful, Council requires the applicant to sign a binding agreement to confirm the basis and arrangements for funding. This agreement will include a number of reporting and monitoring requirements in accordance with the amount of funding allocated.
Council administers grants of up to $1000 through a simple Acceptance of Grant contract. This contract requires that a financial and evaluation report be provided to Council at the end of the funding period.
Grants over $1000 are administered through a Service Agreement, which is negotiated between Council and the grant recipient.
Reporting or acquittal requirements
Grants up to $2999 (per annum)
- One written and financial report required at the end of the funding period
Grants of $3000 and above (per annum)
- Two written reports are required; a progress report (after six months) and a final report due one month after the funding agreement end date.

Interim Evaluation and Expenditure Report (DOC 74Kb): This form is to be submitted by successful applicants who are paid by instalment.
