eRequests phone support during business hours
Support is available for making customer requests online.
Phone Council on 9240 1111 between 8.30 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Tell Council staff:
- the type of request you were making
- where you were up to when you had a problem, and
- the error message on the screen.
eRequests support outside of business hours
- Leave a message at other times or email Council at info@moreland.vic.gov.au.
- Council responds in two business days.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The next screen does not display.
Solution: Use the arrow buttons on the screen rather than the Enter key on your keyboard.
Problem: I filled in the form but it won't go to the next screen.
Solution: Check to see if you filled in all form fields with a *. These are required fields.
