Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities

Council assesses the Urban Planning Committee meeting reports against  the requirements of the Planning and Environment Act 1987(including the Moreland Planning Scheme), which is reviewed by the State Government and which complies with the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
